I explained my situation, but when she asked me to log in and submit the application while on the call, I mentioned that I was outside and couldn't access my documents. She became upset and raised her voice, questioning why I agreed to the call if I was outside. While I understand I had agreed to talk, I clearly stated my limitations. I asked for her guidance on how to proceed, assuring her I would complete the application once I was back home. Unfortunately, she ended the call abruptly, stating, "If you don't know how to do the application, what can I do?" She did not provide any assistance, and her behavior felt unprofessional. If she was having a bad day, it would have been better for her to take a break before making calls.
