Recently we have observed that For debit card Charges 825 debited from Account without any messages or Prior Notice..
After going through the transactions we came to know Which is really disappointed ☹️
Not even any alert after debiting amount it's kind of Cheating to customers...
& charging to high amount even after too many transactions...
Which is not acceptable & Worthless...
Never use ICICI for any of your banking services
The worst bank and worst employees and behavior
They will go to any extent to harass you and your family
Stay away from ICICI for the safety of your family
I took an education loan from the service back in 2024 when I arrived in Canada, and I'm still dealing with issues now. Mr. Suresh has significantly delayed the entire process, and I've escalated my concerns to the manager, Mr. Pradeep, who has yet to respond regarding my EMI that was debited from my account on December 4. Previously, someone named Megha informed me that they hadn't received the amount, which is puzzling, especially after I provided proof. My biggest regret is choosing to take a loan from this company, and I doubt this review will impact these unprofessional individuals.
I applied for an NRI account from abroad while already having a resident account, and I was contacted within 2 days, which I appreciated. During the call, the representative asked if I was available to talk, and I confirmed. I explained my situation, but when she asked me to log in and submit the application while on the call, I mentioned that I was outside and couldn't access my documents. She became upset and raised her voice, questioning why I agreed to the call if I was outside. While I understand I had agreed to talk, I clearly stated my limitations. I asked for her guidance on how to proceed, assuring her I would complete the application once I was back home. Unfortunately, she ended the call abruptly, stating, "If you don't know how to do the application, what can I do?" She did not provide any assistance, and her behavior felt unprofessional. If she was having a bad day, it would have been better for her to take a break before making calls.

I frequently encounter problems with account transfers and accessing personal information, with the site often freezing, timing out, or suggesting I try later. It's disappointing that there hasn't been any investment in enhancing these resources.
