My partner ordered a cot a few weeks back, first of no one let me know it went out of stock, then he spoke to someone, they said we could pick a new one. On the 29th of January he confirmed we wanted the snowdon cot instead as the other wouldn’t be coming back into stock. We were told we would have the cot in 1-2 working days. Yet another week has gone by we still have no cot!!! This issue has been ongoing for nearly a month it’s beyond a joke and I wouldn’t recommend ordering because we have spent over £200 and still have no item and can’t order another one because they had our money!
As to your reply we have messaged to try and find a way to pay this money. Maybe if that information was given it could be paid!
