Placed an order, had a couple of questions before dispatch and customer service was great. All questions answered in a prompt and helpful manner. Travel system arrived a little before estimated date but with full delivery communication for day/date. We'll packaged. Very pleased. Had another question after delivery and that was once again answered promptly. Very efficient company, no hesitation in buying from again. Can't wait for granddaughter to arrive now! We ordered the our Star buggy on Amazon. It was delivered earlier than quoted. Upon putting the buggy together we noticed some missing parts. It was easy to contact Ickle Bubba through Amazon and they were quick to respond and get the parts to us. The build quality is great and customer service couldn't have been more helpful. We were also given tracking numbers for the parts
I received the Roxby chair and there was a small tear and Michelle from Customer Service was so helpful in arranging a replacement. Cannot fault the customer service!
My partner ordered a cot a few weeks back, first of no one let me know it went out of stock, then he spoke to someone, they said we could pick a new one. On the 29th of January he confirmed we wanted the snowdon cot instead as the other wouldn’t be coming back into stock. We were told we would have the cot in 1-2 working days. Yet another week has gone by we still have no cot!!! This issue has been ongoing for nearly a month it’s beyond a joke and I wouldn’t recommend ordering because we have spent over £200 and still have no item and can’t order another one because they had our money!
As to your reply we have messaged to try and find a way to pay this money. Maybe if that information was given it could be paid!
This is my second review for Ickle bubba. I ordered a buggy and it wasn’t for me unfortunately as I’m quite short and the double is rather large, arranging a return was simple and Michelle was super supportive and helpful throughout the whole process! Thanks again!
I put in an order wanted 10 days then got in touch to see why I haven't had a dispatch notification, was told there was a problem with the courier and another would be shipped out immediately but am still waiting!! 🙃
