We ordered the our Star buggy on Amazon. It was delivered earlier than quoted. Upon putting the buggy together we noticed some missing parts. It was easy to contact Ickle Bubba through Amazon and they were quick to respond and get the parts to us. The build quality is great and customer service couldn't have been more helpful. We were also given tracking numbers for the parts
