Easy to use and I received a response almost immediately. The initial consultation was free. However I was unable to reply to the physician without making a payment which was disappointing, as I just wanted to say thank you. I was encouraged to ‘show my appreciation’ by making a payment. That is okay - Except that I was given an option to reply but there was no ‘send’ button. Best to remove the option and make it clear that you can’t respond to the clinician without paying.
