Better off replacing their live chat with ai at this point as they just get paid to gaslight their customers and mess up withdrawal process, how can they process my 1 withdraw as 3 seperate refunds? Complete mess, sent it via incorrect method at that, prolonging my wait time until the next week before I received funds. All while acting like they didnt mess up. Agents names are Emily and Lucian. All they can do is run you in loops and avoid your issue and make a complete mess, on top of that they lie and avoid the facts presented to them… who wouldnt be irritated by this? Unprofessional conduct and incompetence at its finest. Ic markets is better off using ai. Will be searching for alternative meantimeEDIT: their 'refund method' was not the case until now, as confirmed by their funding department that there is in fact an issue within their system, with no update as to when it will be resolved
