I brought insurance of my OLED TV 2 years ago from ORA Policy for 3 years tenure which I forgot, last week all of a sudden the display went black and was showing only 2 pink lines, I checked with LG support center, and they gave me estimate of Rs. 127000, which was so much shocking. My husband remained me the protection plan from Ora policy. I called their customer care and within few hours the same LG guy came and replaced my whole panel without any single penny. Saved my huge amount of 127000. Thanks 🙏 to Ora policy.
We deal in renting laptops, desktops and servers to corporates. So, we are insuring our products from ORA Policy from past 8 years. We took several claims during this long tenure and never ever faced any problem. Whenever we purchase any device, without any doubt we first took ora protection plan. It is a peace of mind. Earlier we have very bad experiences with other companies and used to switch one company to another. Finally we found ora. So, I will suggest to go for it.
My experience with ORA policy was excellent, I don't write reviews and feedbacks, but my recent experience with this company was so great that made me give this review. I brought an expensive SONY OLED TV last year and my wife suggested me to take TV insurance from ora policy as were shifting from noida to gurgaon after few months, so to get the coverage and fear of any damage i took online insurance from this company. However, our shifting was quite smooth, so didnt require and we were living our normal day today life, few days earlier on 31st eve one of my nephew accidentally broke my TV screen. It got shattered badly, I asked sony for screen replacement, it was costing same as new TV. My wife remind me that we have coverage from ORA Policy, and I immediately called ORA Policy Customer Care, they guys took the request and after few days, I received a brand new OLED SONY TV from amazon. It was so impressive, I strongly suggest this comapany.
Excellent Experience With ORA Policy Company. I lost my bag having laptop Mobile and other documents, while boarding train from Mumbai to Hyderabad. It was a nightmare and catheprostic night, as I was running here and there and finally I gave up. Then, my elder brother told me that my macbook and iPhone was insured through ora policy.Honestly, I thought its Just another headache, but when I called their customer support, they guided me well and assigned a claim manager. Mr.Harsh Dutta, he was so gentle and humble person, and within couple of days I got a new MacBook pro and iPhone 14 pro max, at my Hyderabad address.It was so amazing experience. I also wanted to say that ora policy is the best company I ever saw in Indian market. Thanks harsh ji and the whole ora team.
Very bad experience!! Please dont buy this fool type of policy! They will never call recieve! My phone was repaired by self ! Then i send it bill to ora team ! They say it took 60-90 days for claim settlement! And there website written quick settlement!!! Fool fool!Dont buy policy !
