I paid $15 extra to get expedited shipping which was supposed to be 6 to 9 days, its now 10 days and I have no idea where my package is or when it will be here, if it gets here. I tried to reach out using the chat option and I got a response, until it was time for a solution... they just stopped responding and completely ignored me. So not only are they now charging me extra for expedited shipping that i didnt get, its also supposed to be free shipping if you spend over $50. Also there is a buy 2, get 1 sale, but they wont give me the 3rd pair. I'm kinda starting to think my purchase isnt going to arrive. I will update if it does.
