I paid $15 extra to get expedited shipping which was supposed to be 6 to 9 days, its now 10 days and I have no idea where my package is or when it will be here, if it gets here. I tried to reach out using the chat option and I got a response, until it was time for a solution... they just stopped responding and completely ignored me. So not only are they now charging me extra for expedited shipping that i didnt get, its also supposed to be free shipping if you spend over $50. Also there is a buy 2, get 1 sale, but they wont give me the 3rd pair. I'm kinda starting to think my purchase isnt going to arrive. I will update if it does.
As a first-time contact wearer, I found these contacts incredibly comfortable and easy to put on! The packaging is absolutely charming, and each pair comes with its own case, lasting up to a full year! I struggled in the best way possible to choose colors from their stunning selection, making it tough to pick just a few! I love these lenses! I do creative makeup, and these are a PERFECT addition to enhance my looks. I had stopped wearing contacts because they always irritated my eyes, but these lenses are so soft and thin that I can hardly feel them! With my dark brown eyes, the colors I chose are highly pigmented!
