I am reaching out again about my order, which I reported 9 days ago due to a mark on the trainers I received. I have shared photos, indicated that I do not want a replacement, and asked for a return label to process a full refund. Despite several emails this past week, I have yet to receive a return label or clear instructions for returning the item. This delay is unacceptable. Please send the return label and confirm the refund process within the next 24 hours.
