I have shared photos, indicated that I do not want a replacement, and asked for a return label to process a full refund. Despite several emails this past week, I have yet to receive a return label or clear instructions for returning the item. This delay is unacceptable. Please send the return label and confirm the refund process within the next 24 hours. This service feels like a scam. Out of the three items I ordered, two have not arrived. I am very frustrated as the support team has not responded for a month. I received one reply promising assistance, but then there was silence again. I cannot get a refund at all. The return policy seems to only work if I pay for the return, but I have nothing to return and still have to pay! Poor service and low quality. I cannot recommend this at all!
