This service has been acting very deceitfully! I placed an order on December 3, and now it’s December 23 with no sign of my package. They never mentioned that the shipping originates from overseas. Their website claims ‘US Shipping 2-7 days’—which turned out to be false. There’s no customer support available, and my package has been stuck in New Jersey for six days without any updates. They were quick to charge my account, and now it feels like a total scam. This was meant to be a holiday gift, and at this rate, I’ll be lucky to receive it before the new year. They also seem to hide negative reviews. There are many low ratings on consumer review sites as well. I strongly advise against using this service.
