We purchased that large Ronaldo Man Utd puzzle for my son, was an absolute blast putting it together. Amazing quality and unlike any other puzzle he has done, technical and really challenging, the results are amazing and could not recommend it enough. Customer service is A1, extremely helpful staff. Best present Santa has got him so far.....
My son really enjoyed making his Real Madrid Logo Puzzle. We bought him the Size L which was the biggest size available and the result is incredible. The quality is excellent and there are so many ‘soccer player’ pieces which made it so fun. It comes exactly as advertised! A definite must for anyone who enjoys making puzzles!
I placed an order on December 7th, 2025, intending it as a Christmas gift for my family. I chose this service because their website claimed "Delivery 1-3 business days from UK Warehouse," which was perfect since I would be away starting the 21st. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake. After three business days without any updates, I reached out to the support team, who informed me that my order was still processing and could take 1-5 business days. This contradicted their website's promise. After a week with no response, I emailed again on December 15th to cancel my order for a full refund, as I no longer believed it would arrive in time. They responded, saying they would check with their team and needed three more days for an answer, which I found unprofessional given their failure to deliver on time and to honor my cancellation request. On December 17th, I reiterated my cancellation request, but they replied on the 18th, stating it was too late as it was being shipped. I pointed out that I had ordered the same item from another platform and received it the same day, but they ignored my email. Ultimately, the items arrived on January 3rd, 2026, a full four weeks after my order. To add to my frustration, the product quality was lacking, but the real issue was their poor communication and customer service. I strongly advise against shopping with this service.
I bought a puzzle for my son for Christmas. After assembling it, we discovered a piece was missing. Despite searching everywhere, we couldn't locate it. We reached out to the support team, and they replaced our puzzle at no cost. Excellent service and a wonderful company!
Be clear about shipping durations. I placed my order on December 4th and finally received it on January 16th. There was an attempt to deliver, but the delivery team falsely claimed they tried to call. The two delivery attempts stated they couldn’t deliver due to 'no access' and 'wrong address,' despite the address being correct. Although we have a gate, it was down during their attempts, making the 'no entry' excuse invalid. I was promised notifications and updates multiple times, but I never received any. When I contacted customer support, they stated a refund wasn’t possible due to the 'nature of our product.' They offered a free replacement, which seems illogical for a custom item. I would not recommend this product or the service to anyone.
The quality is outstanding in both the components and the colors. I had a great time assembling it with my son. The support team responded promptly, providing helpful and friendly assistance, which was much appreciated. We will certainly be purchasing more in the future.

Their website claims ‘US Shipping 2-7 days’—which turned out to be false. There’s no customer support available, and my package has been stuck in New Jersey for six days without any updates. They were quick to charge my account, and now it feels like a total scam. This was meant to be a holiday gift, and at this rate, I’ll be lucky to receive it before the new year. They also seem to hide negative reviews. There are many low ratings on consumer review sites as well. I strongly advise against using this service.
