Be clear about shipping durations. I placed my order on December 4th and finally received it on January 16th. There was an attempt to deliver, but the delivery team falsely claimed they tried to call. The two delivery attempts stated they couldn’t deliver due to 'no access' and 'wrong address,' despite the address being correct. Although we have a gate, it was down during their attempts, making the 'no entry' excuse invalid. I was promised notifications and updates multiple times, but I never received any. When I contacted customer support, they stated a refund wasn’t possible due to the 'nature of our product.' They offered a free replacement, which seems illogical for a custom item. I would not recommend this product or the service to anyone.
