I chose this service because their website claimed "Delivery 1-3 business days from UK Warehouse," which was perfect since I would be away starting the 21st. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake. After three business days without any updates, I reached out to the support team, who informed me that my order was still processing and could take 1-5 business days. This contradicted their website's promise. After a week with no response, I emailed again on December 15th to cancel my order for a full refund, as I no longer believed it would arrive in time. They responded, saying they would check with their team and needed three more days for an answer, which I found unprofessional given their failure to deliver on time and to honor my cancellation request. On December 17th, I reiterated my cancellation request, but they replied on the 18th, stating it was too late as it was being shipped. I pointed out that I had ordered the same item from another platform and received it the same day, but they ignored my email. Ultimately, the items arrived on January 3rd, 2026, a full four weeks after my order. To add to my frustration, the product quality was lacking, but the real issue was their poor communication and customer service. I strongly advise against shopping with this service.
