I'm extremely frustrated and let down. I ordered a jacket with a promise of delivery in 2 days, but a month later, I received a notification saying it was delivered. But where? I don’t have it, my neighbors don’t have it, and it’s not in a safe place. I've contacted the company multiple times for updates and received no response. This is unacceptable service. No communication, no accountability, and no jacket. I urge others to avoid this company.
