Fraudulent practices! Like others, I bought a winter coat through a social media advertisement. After six weeks, I still haven't received it or a refund, and unsurprisingly, there’s been no response from the support team despite my multiple attempts to contact them.
I placed an order on November 22nd, and a few days later, they claimed it was in transit and usually takes 5 to 12 business days. They mentioned a slight delay. I've sent multiple emails without any response, and I’m still waiting for a Christmas gift that I now realize I won’t be able to give.
I had the same experience as many others. I ordered nice jackets that never arrived. When I reached out, I received a quick email stating it was delivered, but it wasn’t delivered to me or my neighbors. I requested proof of delivery, but received no response. There’s no phone number to follow up on orders—absolute scam!
This company is unbelievable. I ordered a coat for my partner on November 18. Ten days later, there was still no dispatch notification, despite them stating delivery would be 3-5 working days. I contacted customer service (only via email) and was told I’d receive it by December 6. That date passed with no updates or delivery. I've reached out multiple times with no response. I received an automated email on December 14 stating my package was delivered, but it hasn’t been. I've been home sick all week. Their tracking provider is full of dubious ads and offers no shipping details. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm extremely frustrated and let down. I ordered a jacket with a promise of delivery in 2 days, but a month later, I received a notification saying it was delivered. But where? I don’t have it, my neighbors don’t have it, and it’s not in a safe place. I've contacted the company multiple times for updates and received no response. This is unacceptable service. No communication, no accountability, and no jacket. I urge others to avoid this company.
I had the worst experience! I placed an order on December 6, and their site promised next-day 'Express Delivery.' It's now December 16, and I'm still waiting. After contacting customer support, I received a reply three days later saying it would arrive in 5-12 business days. This is ridiculous. They don’t even apologize or respond to emails. There’s no contact number for inquiries. Highly unprofessional and a scam.
