This company is unbelievable. I ordered a coat for my partner on November 18. Ten days later, there was still no dispatch notification, despite them stating delivery would be 3-5 working days. I contacted customer service (only via email) and was told I’d receive it by December 6. That date passed with no updates or delivery. I've reached out multiple times with no response. I received an automated email on December 14 stating my package was delivered, but it hasn’t been. I've been home sick all week. Their tracking provider is full of dubious ads and offers no shipping details. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
