We’ve been facing a persistent issue with our inability to download icons from Iconscout, which is directly impacting our team’s workflow. Despite our repeated follow-ups and a clear explanation of the problem, the issue remains unresolved.What’s especially frustrating is the lack of proactive support — we didn’t receive any prior communication asking for clarification until after the ticket was closed. We’ve now requested multiple times for the ticket to be reopened, but haven’t received clear guidance or any effective resolution.We expect better transparency and support from a platform that charges for access. As a customer, being left in the dark while productivity is affected is not acceptable.We hope this review prompts your team to take such support cases more seriously moving forward.
