I thought there was an issue with my iPhone port charger so I went to Icracks near me, and was told to leave it and come back in an hour which I did. When I came back I was told there's nothing wrong with the port so it must be your wire connections so bring them in. I did and then after they confirmed it was. Then I was told that it would be 20 pounds, thanks. I said what? nothing got repaired ' but I was told they still charge for looking at the Iphone .So basically for putting a wire in the port to see if it works. So I said well if changing the port is 24.99 and for doing nothing is 20.00 then I might as well get it fixed even though it doesn't need to be. Bad experience, unfortunately. Update: I returned the wire that was accidentally left in my plug when I put in the bag and I did talk to someone who said he was the manager who claimed the charge was the time at looking at the phone which means just plugging in the wire into the port to see if it works or not.
