Review Time
I needed some advice and help on SIM card updates and fitting into a new smartphone. The guys did all that I asked of them in a friendly efficient way and gave really helpful information. Would definitely recommend using them.
The man took 5 weeks which I didn’t really mind but then I saw the screen and it was not done properly, I could see the plastic from the packaging on the surrounding of the iPad and he also charged me £200 I wasn’t happy with this and I recommend you do not go their
Recently, I visited a store on Queen Street to have my broken phone screen replaced. This was my first repair since buying the phone in 2020, and I had always been pleased with its features. However, after paying £50 for what was advertised as an original screen, I returned home to find that the fingerprint sensor wasn't functioning. The receipt also indicated it was an LCD screen. When I went back today for a refund, they refused and argued with me. It feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here.
So yesterday i went to queen street, cardiff store to get my phone screen replaced since it was broken and cracked. This was the first time i was getting anything done on this phone since purchased in 2020, every feature of this phone was great. when i got the screen replacement yesterday for £50 which was claimed to be an original Samsung screen, i got home and noticed that the fingerprint isn't working and even the receipt said LCD Samsung screen . i went in today to get a refund and they refused and argued with me. They are total scammers. Please don't waste your money.
Sam and Harry at the Bournemouth iCrack were both really helpful and speedy with a phone screen repair. They were able to explain what the issue was originally and how to avoid it which I really appreciated. On top of that they offered me a discounted price on a screen protector after the screen repair which was excellent.
I visited the store In Chantry Place Shopping Centre, Norwich this morning Saturday 29th November, to buy a second hand iphone. The two guys working there were really helpful and knowledgeable , they helped me choose the phone that suited my budget and then also transferred all my data from old phone to new. I gave them my old phone for recycle. I have used this store in the past for advice re the Apple updates and which kind of phone i would need to buy , that would last a while, also for phone chargers etc. A very good store with great staff, patient, calm and great IT skills.
Husband bought an apple Mac, didn’t get on with it so took back 6 days later, the cost was £400, they offered him £100, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Don’t go here, day light robbing bastards This was in Northgate street Gloucester, Phone shop Don't forget ICRACK.
I wrote a totally accurate review of the awful service I had from the Ipswich branch in September. Two months later they replied "fake news". A day later they changed this to "fake review" Two months late and lying inaccurately about sums up this company. Honestly go elsewhere.
EDIT : due to their reply, making this edit. I have my friend who witnessed it, i didnt even notice until the EMPLOYEES for icrack told ME, so theyre accusing their own employees of lying now, and i still have the phone and the receipts as evidence this is not a fake review at all, the fact youre still fully charged if they cant fix your phone then they go around lying claiming youre making it up if you leave a review? the business is obviously just here to scam people and make as much money as possible, do not shop here even if its cheaper than other places at least other places actually fix your phones. edit 2 : yet again theres still evidence, icrack employees, the phone itself, receipts, bank statement, witnesses, if the store has it then cctv, trying to leak my name and number will not make me delete the truthful review, absolute clownshad my iphone 12 screen fixedoverall ok price and stuff but they looked at it before and said they could fix it for £100, when i get back they say because the case is chipped (which was visible when they were inspecting it first) that the screen cant even go on properly so now its not even on properly, it works but screen and case arent fully connectedits as simple as inspecting it before and seeing the chipped case and saying actually it might not fix properly youll also need a new case, as now ive had to pay £100 for a screen fix and the screen isnt even attached to my phone right, would not of bought if i was aware of this
