This is not a FAKE review.I had the screen replaced on my IPad at Salisbury iCrack a cost of £160 as I had dropped it. I was advised that the new screen would be exactly the same as the original. Well it was far from the same. Completely useless with the sensitivity being practically non existent. I needed to jab very carefully at each letter for anything to come up on the screen. Unfortunately, I could not find the receipt which was just a little hand written piece of paper, but without this they would not even look at the problem. I could show them a screen shot of the money paid to them from my bank. Apparently they cannot look back on their system to see any previous work carried out, even though they needed to order the replacement screen!!Very unhelpful. On iCrack website it says all screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty, maybe they should have advised that the scrap of paper receipt they gave me was in fact the warranty. Very unhappy and have completely wasted £160. I have since found out there is a much better repair shop in Catherine Street Salisbury where I bought a new (refurbished) iPad.
