I took my tablet for a screen replacement and paid £145 after a discount discussion with the staff. I was assured it was the best quality, but when I picked it up, it had a blueish tint and looked cheap. The home button was broken, and they enabled touch assist without informing me. The case I left it in was also damaged. Overall, a disappointing experience. I requested a full refund, but they claimed the work was done while a staff member was away. They offered to fix the home button and replace the screen, but after the poor service, I opted for a refund instead. I received store credit for the damaged case, which I won't use. I suggest finding another service.
