If I could give zero stars, I would, as this company doesn't deserve even one. I ordered a holiday jumper and after weeks of waiting, it still hasn't arrived. When I reached out for an update, I was told it had already been delivered. After multiple messages with a representative, we still haven't made any progress, just being told it's delivered and there's nothing they can do. Avoid this company unless you enjoy losing money!
