I would give zero stars if possible, as this company doesn't even deserve one. I ordered a Christmas jumper and after weeks of waiting, it still hasn't shown up. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that it had already been delivered. After multiple messages with the support team, we're no closer to a solution, just being told repeatedly that it has been delivered and that there's nothing they can do. Steer clear of this service unless you enjoy throwing your money away!

I ordered a watch for my husband for Father’s Day, which was supposed to have his name on it. It didn't arrive in time and when it did, it lacked the personalization. Customer service only provides an email to reach out and I'm very unhappy. I will not use this company again.
Update: I received the watch after my initial review and I'm happy with both items. I hope the watch performs well. I changed my review to 4 stars, but I wish the communication from the company had been better. Initially, I ordered a shirt and watch, but the package with the shirt was sealed and the watch was missing. The tracking showed the entire order was delivered, but I couldn't reach the company as they no longer recognized my confirmation email.
I ordered two watches but only received one. The packaging was inadequate, and it's likely one watch was lost or stolen. If it had been packaged properly, this wouldn't have happened. I've tried to resolve this with the company, but all I get are endless emails requesting more time. They seem to be hoping I will give up.
