I ordered two holiday sweaters on December 7, hoping to have them by Christmas. As of December 30, they still haven't arrived. The tracking information is vague and gives no real updates. I can't cancel the order or get a refund since I didn't read the fine print. They state 45 days for delivery, which is unreasonable given that their site claims standard shipping takes 3-10 days. I won't be fooled by social media ads again.
