I would give zero stars if possible, as this company doesn't even deserve one. I ordered a Christmas jumper and after weeks of waiting, it still hasn't shown up. When I inquired about my order, I was informed that it had already been delivered. After multiple messages with the support team, we're no closer to a solution, just being told repeatedly that it has been delivered and that there's nothing they can do. Steer clear of this service unless you enjoy throwing your money away!
