I have been working as a locum doctor with ID Medical for almost six years. Throughout this time, I have found the agency—and especially my consultant, Mr. Sahir Parker—to be highly effective and exceptionally supportive. He consistently seeks out excellent opportunities for me and negotiates the best possible rates. I would wholeheartedly recommend ID Medical to anyone interested in locum work in the UK.
It's a medical locum company, dealing with the In-Sourcing wave currently sweeping the NHS. It's able to organise and motivate hard-working medics into effective work parties to blitz the perpetually growing Waiting Lists. The agency staff I have dealt with - Cheryl Caldwell, Frankie Lagioia - have a refreshingly bracing attitude to hard work. It's the polar opposite of the languid style of self-appointed medical mandarins, and if you actually enjoy working, this agency will work for you.
I have been impressed by the way, the team followed me up at intervals, to make sure things are going well for me. I would especially like to mention Alex Marin, who has been consistently in touch with me, enquiring about current role and future plans. He has always extended me his full support in securing the right positions at the right time, which made me feel secure. ID medical have taken care of me like a family member.
