Stay away. Bad service. Useless. After transport company hasn´t pick up my parcel (it´s not fault of Ecoparcel) and there was no way to solve problem by Ecoparcel - there service is sub zero. In end they canceled after one week the transport, I had to make a refound request plus they charge me a fee of 6€. They wrote that I get my money back (minus 6€) within 24h, now 7 days later I still havn´t recieved anything.

Avoid this service at all costs!

This service is a scam! They take your money, miss collection deadlines, and then cease communication. Refunds are not issued, and customer support messages go unanswered. Do not engage with them!

extremely disappointing experience with no support

I had an extremely disappointing experience due to the lack of a customer service support number. When I reached out, I received no response, only an unhelpful AI assistant. My package was supposed to arrive in five days, but it has been two and a half weeks since the collection date, and there is still no known delivery date. I strongly advise against using this service.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I arranged for a pickup with the service, and was informed that my boxes would be collected, but I ended up waiting at home for over a week with no one arriving. They repeatedly claimed there was a 'wrong address', which was completely false — the address was accurate from the start. Additionally, they failed to confirm a specific pickup date, leaving me in the dark with no updates. After a week of waiting due to their disorganization, they cancelled my order and now expect me to request a refund while also paying a fee for their error. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, and the communication was very poor. I cannot recommend this service.

Disappointing experience with parcel pickup.

I paid for my parcel to be picked up in Germany. I stayed home all day, and at 5 PM, I received an email stating that the sender was absent. I never received a call or a doorbell ring. To rebook, I had to pay extra, which I did, but the same issue occurred again. Now, when I request a full refund and want to cancel the order, no one is responding.

I paid for my parcel to pick up in Germany . I stayed home all day and then at 5 pm I received an email saying Sender was absent, I never received any call nor any door bell . And then to rebook , I had to pay extra money. I did and then the same thing happened again . Now when I say that I want my full money back and I want to cancel the order, no one replies.

WARNING! Eco parcel is a very dishonest company that charges for a service that yours does not provide! Paid €34 and they said the service was canceled because I was not at home. A lie! I did not leave my house all day and they never rang the doorbell. Customer service said I should wait, when the order was already canceled. They want me to pay more money if they are going to come back, even though they never came to my home. Damn it! I have not received my money back and no one from the company has contacted me as Support, as they promised. Dishonest! Rating 0

Avoid, avoid avoid!!!!!Ordered collection on Nov 23rd for Dec 1st. Noone ever showed up to pick up the parcel. Have been trying to cancel it since and get a refund. They just use some vague language and dance around the problem. I cancelled the order on Dec 2nd evening, and since they've been telling me that 'once the order is cancelled' I can apply for a refund. But noone can tell me when that 'once' will be. Then on dec 3rd afternoon, man called panicked that he is here to collect the parcel, while I was at work. Honestly, keep your sanity and money and just AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!

Ecoparcel is a dishonest company and doesn’t provide service I paid for! I paid 35 euros for package sending i booked for collection and they simply cancelled it ! They just left a note that shipper was absent! What a joke ! No one called me no one was looking for the parcel no one came to collect it they just made the whole thing up ! I had to spend another 5 euro to rebook collection and the same thing happened again ! I was at home all they but “shipper was absent”.. also because I rebooked service once i can not rebook collection again also can not ask for refund what a joke! Top of all that customer service is not responding! Avoid these disgusting service!

I wish I could give 0 stars.No matter what, don’t use this service. The communication is practically non-existent, there is zero transparency, and the support team doesn’t seem to care or handle requests in a way that actually helps. Not only were they two weeks late to pick up my package (and it was only resolved because I kept checking, as I didn’t receive any update), but they also lost my package in the end.Their support system is nonsensical, and it feels impossible to get in touch with a real person. You just go through endless conversations with bots, and they even close your ticket without solving anything. It's truly awful. Besides losing my package and giving me different excuses, they are now refusing my partial refund, even though I paid extra for protection. It's been several days and it only gets worse, it seems like a joke. I couldn’t be more disappointed and stressed about this. It’s the worst parcel experience I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand, because I had used this service three times before and had good experiences; which is exactly why I chose it again.Save yourself the time and money, and choose another company. Seriously.
