Stay away from this company. Their customer service is the worst among any distributor in the region. It's far better to wait for stock from other distributors associated with the service because when issues arise, their support is unresponsive, and it takes days to get any replies.

Warranty claims are a nightmare

This company claimed that the item I returned was damaged by me. I can firmly state that I followed the manufacturer's instructions precisely. The damage they allege must have been caused by them to void the warranty. I will pursue this legally!

Completely unreliable service

Completely unreliable service. This organization is truly terrible, and every negative review is accurate. I wish I had read them before trading in my phone. They are supposed partners for several companies, but some have already stopped working with them. I accepted a trade-in quote without much thought, and it was much lower than others, thinking it would be hassle-free. Incorrect. My phone had minor chips, no cracks, and a perfect screen, yet they claimed it was damaged and offered half the original quote. They ignored my requests to return my phone. I had to file a formal complaint, and my phone eventually returned, but I expected it to be in worse condition. At least my phone came back in pristine condition, which I'm now selling privately for three times the trade-in quote. Avoid this company at all costs.

Returned a defective item, faced huge charges

I sent back a brand new device through a mobile service as the screen went blank and had ink marks after just 48 hours. After receiving a replacement, I returned the original, but six weeks later, I was billed £2200 for not sending it back. I used the post office to return it and lost my tracking receipt; they are not assisting at all.

Terrible experience with spare parts

Terrible experience. They seem completely unaware of consumer regulations. I was told a new screen would take 3-5 days to arrive, but when it didn’t, they pointed to their T&Cs claiming delivery dates are approximate, which is frustrating.

Ridiculous warranty claims process

This company demanded I pay £146 to change the casing of my laptop due to scratches that supposedly voided my warranty. They couldn't diagnose the issue until I paid, with no guarantee it would be fixed under warranty. Who would agree to that? It's like they hold devices hostage for profit! Disgraceful customer service, no wonder the reviews are terrible.

Exceptional service experience

I must say I didn’t even worry when something went wrong. My left earbud stopped working, and they sent me a new one after confirming it couldn’t be fixed. They are truly excellent. Thanks for the new earbuds and your fantastic service!
