I ordered an ID photo for £6.9, sent to my house. Thought all was good, and that it was a one off purchase. What they don’t make clear is that you’re paying for a 2-day ‘trial’ of the service - after which you pay a monthly subscription of £39.9!!! Oh, and you get charged the same amount no matter what plan you initially chose! What an absolute joke. They pray on people not paying attention to the fine print and cancelling the subscription…within 2 days. What trial is 2 days? And what trial doesn’t email confirmation of subscription with a specified charge date. An absolute rip off.
