Be careful when paying £2.90 for one digital photo, you are actually signing up for a 48hr trial. If you do not cancel during the 48hr window you will be charged £39.99 per month until cancelled. This is not too clear in the sign up. And I did not even get my photo! Luckily I spotted what had happened and cancelled, however I lost £2.90.

I was happy to pay the £2.90 for a digital passport photo but was shocked to see a charge for £39.90 come out of my account the next day. Luckily my bank declined the payment as I hadn't authorized it. I saw nothing on the website about this subscription, I simply wanted to buy a passport photo. Clearly a very underhand and dodgy site trying to take your money. Very unimpressed.

I am absolutely disgusted by this service. I used this site for a one-off passport photo, only to find they tried to enroll me in an unauthorised monthly subscription of £39.90.
I have attempted to cancel multiple times on their website. Every time I click cancel, I receive an email saying it is done, but the website immediately switches back to "Active." This is a predatory and intentional "glitch" to keep stealing money from customers.
I am a disabled individual on a fixed income, and these unauthorised charges are causing me extreme financial distress and panic. I did not sign up for a membership, and I have already contacted my bank to report this as a scam and block all future payments.
Stay far away from this site. They hide their fees in the small print and make it impossible to leave. I demand an immediate confirmation that my data has been deleted and no further funds will be taken.

Good photo service to get passport photo digitally but they sign you up to a monthly subscription for £39.90/month without mentioning. This was taken for 3 months before I noticed. After messaging multiple times they refunded me 2 of the months but it should be clearer when purchasing.

After paying £6.90 for some digital and print passport photos, I find out I've automatically been signed up for a £39.90 per month subscription service. WHY does anyone need a subscription service for a once-in-a-while purchase such as a passport photo? I've attempted to cancel the subscription multiple times in the dashboard but it still shows as active. If I am charged I will be raising this with my bank immediately.

Furthermore, on my first attempt at payment there was an issue where the payment didn't go through, and I was given the option to receive the digital photo for free in exchange for a review. This behaviour is shady and against guidelines (probably why there are 5 stars reviews here).

Do not use this service, it is a scam!

This is a total scam. Reading other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one. I uploaded a photo for passport photo print for £6.99. Not only did I not receive anything but 2 days later I am charged £39.99 for a subscription that was never mentioned. I contacted them and requested a refund however they said it was in the terms and conditions. I re read the website and there is no mention of any subscription! Why a monthly subscription for just a passport photo? (They send an email with your supposedly terms and conditions that you never agreed to). Total scam!

As requested, I shared my payment details and confirmation screenshot with the customer service team, but they are refusing to confirm the refund amount and have now completely stopped responding to my emails.

This company deducted 80 EUR from my bank account without providing any service. I clearly informed them that I have no idea how this subscription was activated, yet they failed to give a proper explanation or resolution.

Very disappointing experience. Poor customer support and questionable billing practices. I would not recommend using this service.

Exercise caution when using this platform!

Exercise caution when using this platform! I was initially charged £2.90, but then £39.90 was deducted two days later without my knowledge! I've requested an immediate cancellation of the 'subscription' they automatically enroll you in, along with a refund of the £39.90. I've also escalated this issue as a dispute with my bank!
