I used this website to order a simple passport photo print and paid £6.90.Two days later, I was shocked to see an additional £39.90 charge for a so-called “Pro subscription” that I never agreed to.It seems they hide the subscription consent somewhere and charge automatically.To make it worse, other websites charge around £10 for the same photo print service — but this one ended up costing £46.80 in total (£6.90 + £39.90).When I contacted their support team, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that the subscription terms were “clearly stated” — which is absolutely not true.Do not use this website — they use deceptive practices to trick people into unwanted charges and refuse refunds even after cancellation.
The service of sending and printing my ID photo took a lot longer than expected and was quite an inconvenience as delivery date was after when I needed it for. Further to this I was entered into a subscription service that was not advertised or described when ordering. No information around a trial service or continued subscription, that was then taken without my knowledge. This is a scam! Would not recommended this company at all!
