My experience with the service has been quite frustrating. I've received expired and incorrect products on several occasions. Although I tried to be understanding at first, my latest order was particularly upsetting. I ordered a hair mask but received a product that was significantly smaller than what I paid for, without any notification. Given that beauty products have clear size labels, it felt like the smaller item was sent in hopes it would go unnoticed, which is very concerning and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, it took multiple messages to get a response. I was told that if I returned the hair mask, I would receive the correct one, but that never happened. Instead, I got a refund and was informed later that the product was out of stock. If the correct item was unavailable, they should have contacted me to discuss canceling my order. This poor communication left me paying for postage on an item I wouldn't have ordered had I known it wasn't available. Compounding the issue, I had to follow up repeatedly for every problem, and I never received an apology. The lack of accountability and unhelpful customer service made this a very unpleasant shopping experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this service due to frequent order mistakes and poor customer support.
