My experience with this service has been very disappointing. I have received expired and incorrect products multiple times. Although I tried to overlook these issues initially, my latest experience was particularly frustrating. I ordered a hair mask but received a product that was half the size of what I paid for, with no explanation. Given that this is a beauty item with clearly labeled sizes, it felt like the smaller item was sent to go unnoticed, which is very concerning. When I raised my concerns, it took several messages to get a response. I was informed that if I returned the hair mask, they would send me the correct one. However, this never occurred. Instead, I was issued a refund and later told that the product was out of stock. This was another troubling way to handle the situation. If the correct item was unavailable, they should have reached out to ask if I wanted to cancel my order. Due to this poor communication, I ended up paying for postage on an item I would not have ordered had I known it couldn’t be supplied. What makes this situation worse is that for every issue—whether wrong items or expired products—I had to follow up multiple times, and I never received an apology. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very unpleasant shopping experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this service due to repeated order errors and very poor customer support.

Skip the mainstream brands' pink-washed options; IDA is the real deal. If your daughter has narrow feet and plays competitive soccer, especially as a goalie, IDA’s Club cleats are transformative. After trying Nike and Adidas for years, my daughter was always frustrated by the fit—too wide in the heel, inadequate arch support, and they would twist during play. We visited numerous stores, but even when salespeople matched her foot length, the shoes still didn't fit. Both Nike and Adidas caused her arch cramps, clearly designed for male feet and merely repackaged in pink. IDA cleats are different. The toe box fits perfectly, the arch support is where it should be, and the heel is snug for narrow feet. Since switching two years ago, she hasn't experienced slippage or discomfort during high-intensity games. Plus, the lighter color keeps her feet cooler during hot matches. If you're torn between Nike, Adidas, and IDA, go with IDA every time!
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a pair and received the wrong size. After four days of attempting to contact them, the only reply I received was that they were too busy. I need either an exchange or my money back. I do not recommend purchasing from this service.
These are the worst soccer cleats I have ever tried. I really wanted to like them and gave them multiple chances, but my experience worsened each time. The toe box is a decent width, but the rest of the shoe is excessively narrow and tight. I even tried two different styles. The heel area is designed so poorly that no matter how well I locked it in, I would slip out. My feet have never experienced such pain. The only positive is that they look nice.
These cleats might work for casual players but are not made for higher-level competition. My daughter has worn them for two months, and they're falling apart. She plays college soccer. After requesting to return them, we were denied, leaving us with $150 cleats that are essentially useless. If you play at a competitive level, stick with established brands.
I purchased two pairs of boots for my daughters, excited about the female-specific design. Unfortunately, they didn't fit, and returning them took nearly a week for a response and return postage. I sent the boots back on August 23rd, and I still haven't received a refund, leaving me out of pocket by £270, which I may never get back. It's disappointing because I appreciate their mission.
I'm really enjoying my IDA Classica Leather Cleats. Usually, I face a painful breaking-in period with other boots, but these have been comfortable from the start. I love that they are designed specifically for women's foot shape. The customer service was also smooth and efficient.
I loved the concept of cleats designed for women. I ordered a pair for my daughter, but they were slightly too big. I need to size down, but after requesting a return, the only response I received was that they are reviewing it. I won't order the next pair until I know I can return this one. While I understand they are a new service, their refund and exchange policy needs significant improvement, or customers will seek better options elsewhere.
My daughter has the IDA Rice clubs, and they are outstanding boots with easy ordering and prompt delivery. The fit is excellent, especially around the heel. She's been training in them 3-4 times a week with great comfort. They are well-constructed and durable. I highly recommend them!
