I loved the concept of cleats designed for women. I ordered a pair for my daughter, but they were slightly too big. I need to size down, but after requesting a return, the only response I received was that they are reviewing it. I won't order the next pair until I know I can return this one. While I understand they are a new service, their refund and exchange policy needs significant improvement, or customers will seek better options elsewhere.
