My experience with this service has been very disappointing. I have received expired and incorrect products multiple times. Although I tried to overlook these issues initially, my latest experience was particularly frustrating. I ordered a hair mask but received a product that was half the size of what I paid for, with no explanation. Given that this is a beauty item with clearly labeled sizes, it felt like the smaller item was sent to go unnoticed, which is very concerning. When I raised my concerns, it took several messages to get a response. I was informed that if I returned the hair mask, they would send me the correct one. However, this never occurred. Instead, I was issued a refund and later told that the product was out of stock. This was another troubling way to handle the situation. If the correct item was unavailable, they should have reached out to ask if I wanted to cancel my order. Due to this poor communication, I ended up paying for postage on an item I would not have ordered had I known it couldn’t be supplied. What makes this situation worse is that for every issue—whether wrong items or expired products—I had to follow up multiple times, and I never received an apology. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very unpleasant shopping experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this service due to repeated order errors and very poor customer support.
