Our boiler broke down this morning with an L2 fault. Rang through customer service and earliest availability is in a weeks time with no other help or options to consider. It's winter time too and stuck on freezing cold. My wife is a teacher and needs hot water for a shower before work. Additionally, I suffer from asthma and scared without heating that this will be triggered. I've had to seek other options to fix the boiler quicker which will cost me. We've only had the boiler for a year and have had two problems which I've had to seek other local plumbers to fix other than Ideal. I would not recommend Ideal to anyone.
