Booked a boiler service, they demanded full payment at time of booking (in November ). The day before the service was due (in January), they phoned to say the engineer was sick, so they cancelled the appointment. They said they had a free slot the Friday after, so we booked it for that day. Today Thursday (the day before the appointment), they call to say they made a mistake with the booking and there is no appointment available, so appointment cancelled yet again. Now waiting for a call back with another date, let’s hope they bother phoning me back. To continue..
