The engineer was brilliant and very professional. The service was carried out efficiently and I was really pleased with the work done. I would have happily given 5 stars based on the engineer’s service alone. However, the service was completed on Monday 6th of March and it is now Friday 13th of March, and I still haven’t received the report yet. Once the report arrives, it would definitely deserve the full 5 stars.
