One moan - service appointments - saying the engineer will visit between 8am and 6pm and will call on the day with a time slot needs to be improved. A morning or afternoon appointment would be better, but is it really too difficult for Ideal to give a two or three hour window for the visit a few days before, if a precise time is impossible? Not everyone can wait around all day you know.
