I visited a location previously and, after relocating, I was assured I could transfer my service. One reason I chose this service was their nationwide presence and the promise that my contract would be honored. However, upon contacting the new location, I discovered that the original site had been sold to another company operating only in a limited area. When I reached out to corporate, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told to handle it myself. I was informed that the new management would not honor contracts because the service will be discontinued nationwide starting in 2026. I was never informed of this major change and received no options moving forward. I still have two sessions left for my treatment and have been paying my contract on time.
