After moving to a different state, I was assured I could transfer my service. One reason I chose this service was their nationwide presence and the promise that my contract would be honored. However, upon contacting the new location, I learned the original site had been sold to another company operating only in a specific area. When I reached out to corporate, they dismissed my concerns and told me to handle it myself. I was informed that the new management would not honor contracts because the service will cease to exist nationwide starting in 2026. I was never informed of this major change and received no options moving forward. I still have two sessions left for my treatment and have been consistently paying my contract.

This place has proven to be the worst. The employees seem more interested in making money than providing genuine service. I went in for a procedure and ended up gaining weight despite eating healthily. I was never informed during the intake that I didn’t qualify due to my medical history. The forms I signed didn’t mention this either. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

The staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. The technician who handled my treatment kept me smiling throughout, providing excellent guidance tailored to my needs. The entire experience was simply amazing. As someone familiar with exceptional customer service, I can confidently say they have earned my loyalty and deserve recognition for their outstanding work.

It’s a setup designed for customers to lose their money. Please consider other reputable clinics instead.

It feels like a complete waste of $3800 and seven months. I'm not sure if it was due to inexperienced staff or inadequate equipment.
