Similar to a previous comment (1 star), I experienced the same issue. I purchased two items in June 2024 through a payment service and thought the balance was settled. I didn’t check because the service didn’t mention the company in its payments. Eighteen months later, I noticed two payments of £5 deducted from my bank account. No emails, texts, or notifications for over 18 months. I understand I owed this amount, but it’s shocking to be charged after such a long time! I spoke with a representative, who said the original payments were declined due to a new bank card. I was informed that payments were taken and items were paid for. Today, I found they took four payments of £6 without my consent or notification. This is unacceptable, and I will never shop with them again. No sympathy or communication from them at all.
