I bought an electric heated clothes dryer, All of their write ups and photos made it look perfect for my needs. It was delivered nice and quickly, can fault them there. It heats up nice and quickly and does dry some clothes okay. But the quality of the build isnt great. You can't really put heavy tops on it, plus anything more substantial than under wear and t-shirts take ages to dry.
I ordered an orthopaedic mattress that was supposed to arrive on December 18th. It is now January 4th, and there's still no sign of delivery. All I keep receiving are vague updates about 24 to 48 hours. It was promised before Christmas, but that never happened. Customer service continues to provide the same frustrating timeline since December 18th.

Please consider changing the delivery method.
I had an item through a payment service, and after the company went bankrupt, they missed a payment of £3.25. Sixteen months later, they deducted it from my bank account without authorization. It’s not about the amount, but the fact they took it from a different account after their bankruptcy. How is this even possible? Very disappointing and unethical behavior.
Similar to a previous comment (1 star), I experienced the same issue. I purchased two items in June 2024 through a payment service and thought the balance was settled. I didn’t check because the service didn’t mention the company in its payments. Eighteen months later, I noticed two payments of £5 deducted from my bank account. No emails, texts, or notifications for over 18 months. I understand I owed this amount, but it’s shocking to be charged after such a long time! I spoke with a representative, who said the original payments were declined due to a new bank card. I was informed that payments were taken and items were paid for. Today, I found they took four payments of £6 without my consent or notification. This is unacceptable, and I will never shop with them again. No sympathy or communication from them at all.
