Customer service is dreadful, I have to repeat several times, they talk down to you, ignore u, refuse a manager, don't resolve situation, then after an hour say my shift has finished it's 2.30 am in morning, I haveca taxi waiting outside, they say customer services is in Ireland, obviously India, all i wanted to do was change a payment date, ive emailed them, just as useless, wanted to complain about alina and Clifford, I told them about health issues, said couldn't hear me, phone breaking up, I've already told u I have stammering problems, then calm down, I have alot of mental health issues, but they don't care.
