After 20 days without updates, I followed up multiple times. Eventually, they offered either a replacement or a 20% refund. I clearly stated I wanted either a remake with the promised compensation or a full refund. They claimed the replacement would arrive within a week, but regardless, I will not be ordering from them again. Overall, the product arrived damaged, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
