I purchased a dinosaur hat for my grandson as a Christmas gift in late November. It finally arrived last week. The hat was supposed to feature a 3D dinosaur on the front and his name in 3D on the brim. However, the dinosaur was only printed on the side, not the front, and my grandson's name was printed in dark letters that are almost unreadable, NOT in 3D. You can only see his name if you shine a light on it. Additionally, the hat is excessively large for a child.

WARNING: This service seems to be a complete scam. I regret not checking reviews before making my purchase. I bought what was advertised as a 3D FIGURINE, but received a cheap flat piece of acrylic with a picture in it, along with a poorly fitting stand that barely supports the item. It does NOT resemble a 3D item at all. Many others appear to have had similar experiences. They shouldn't use the term 3D since it doesn't match the product. Avoid this 'company' at all costs!
This service is a total scam! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. The advertisement claimed the item was a Pixar Figurine, complete with a photo that made it look convincing. Then they requested a facial picture for customization. What I received was a cheap flat plastic piece resembling a generic cartoon with no likeness to the photo I provided, along with a flimsy base. It was poorly packaged and arrived broken. When I contacted customer service, they told me to read the fine print, which stated it was a 2D item. They didn’t even acknowledge the broken product. This is a complete scam with misleading advertisements. I hope others avoid this service!

This service is fraudulent. They took my money immediately and sent my parcel after three months. What I received was a cheap 2D picture, not a bobblehead. It looked nothing like my husband. When I requested a refund, they refused. Be cautious; they are fraudulent.

I ordered a product, but it did not resemble my brother at all and arrived broken. I emailed them immediately and was told a replacement would be sent. After 20 days without updates, I followed up multiple times. Eventually, they offered either a replacement or a 20% refund. I clearly stated I wanted either a remake with the promised compensation or a full refund. They claimed the replacement would arrive within a week, but regardless, I will not be ordering from them again. Overall, the product arrived damaged, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
