This system is completely unreliable. During my exam, the power went out twice in the listening section, leading to confusion as the recording resumed from the same spot. I paid a fee of 18,000, but the service was severely lacking. I urge the authorities to take action, as it feels like they are just taking advantage of students. Personally, I would recommend an alternative.
